Private yoga classes can help you to get started on the mat, if you’re a beginner, or take your practice to the next level if you are more experienced. By working one-to-one, I provide yoga that is 100% tailored to your needs and overall goals.
My private clients include men and women who:
– want to build confidence as a beginner or after a break from yoga
– require more individual support than a group class offers
– need expert guidance while working with or recovering from an injury or health issue
– want to release tension and improve sleep during pregnancy
– prefer to practice in the comfort of their own home at a time that suits them
Cost: Private classes (1-2 people) from £59/hour (discounts available for block bookings)
I am a trained specialist in Pregnancy / Pre-natal Yoga and often work with women whose pregnancy brings them to the yoga mat for the first time. Whether in a group class with other mums-to-be or 121, it is so rewarding watching my pregnant clients explore and develop their yoga practice along with their growing bump.
